RETURN & REFUND POLICY


Handling returns is an essential part of our customer service. DUALPOW is here to help! We have put together the following process to make this process easier:

  1. Make sure you have a valid reason to return a product. Here are the only 3 reasons we accept exchange/return.
  • Item has a manufacturing defect. We will require a picture of the defected item
  • Item does not match description on the website.
  • Item is not delivered.

 

  1. Next, contact our Customer Support team via email at DualPow@hotmail.com and include the evidence within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Customer will pay the shipping costs to warranty.
  3. Next, you must return the product and provide a tracking number. The product must be returned to the address provided by our support team.
  4. Once the tracking number has been provided, a replacement product will be shipped.

In order for DUALPOW to process a exchange/return for an order, we will require a tracking number to be provided for the order/item return.

 

NOTE:-

 

  • 6 months warranty on any defect in the factory.
  • 1 month warranty on charging cables or microphone cables.
